Pilates, GYROTONIC® / GYROKINESIS® method, 3dBody®Natural Flow are movement modalities with emphasis on breathing, precision, alignment, coordination and "flow". Flowing sequences moving from the center of the body to the rhythm of breathing. Practice improves flexibility, coordination, strength and energy levels. The exercises are both enjoyable, relaxing and challenging. The training can therefore be an inspiring experience which affects daily life in a positive way.
Spring Studio Pilates is the first Body Mind Studio in the south of the Netherlands to offer all these movement systems in an integrated program.
