Privacy statement
Studio Spring Pilates (Achter de Barakken 13, unit 2, 6211 RZ Maastricht) is my studio, and I, Aisha Trimbach, am the only person who handles your data. This statement explains which data I hold, what I use it for and what your rights are.
The data I hold
- Your name and email address, if you book a class or appointment, email me or use the contact form.
- Your phone number and address, only if you fill them in or give them to me yourself.
- Your name and account number on my bank statement, if you transfer your fees yourself.
- Which classes and appointments you've booked, and any questions you've asked me.
What I use it for
- To request payment of fees.
- To reach you when necessary, for instance if a class is cancelled.
- To let you know about changes to the timetable or the studio.
- For my tax return, which I do myself.
About your body and your health
What you tell me about pain, injuries or what's on your mind helps me tailor the class. You're under no obligation to tell me. I don't write it down and keep no records, not even for personal training; it's only recorded anywhere if you email it to me yourself.
Who else has access to your data
I don't pass your data on unless you give permission or the law requires it. I do, however, use four services that process data on my behalf:
- SuperSaaS, the online calendar. You create an account there yourself, with a name and an email address, and SuperSaaS sends you the confirmation of your booking. I can see your contact details, but not your password.
- Mollie, for payments via a payment link. I only see that a payment has been made.
- mijn.host, which hosts this website. A message sent through the contact form passes through their server on its way to my mailbox.
- YouTube, for some of the videos on this site.
Each of these services has its own privacy statement as well.
Cookies
This website places no cookies and keeps no visitor statistics. The YouTube videos are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which stores nothing until you press play.
How long I keep your data
My participants' group includes only people who are currently attending classes. Emails stay in my mailbox, including after your last class; if you'd like me to delete them, please email me. You can close your SuperSaaS account yourself. I keep bank details for seven years, as required by law.
Your data is stored on a secure computer to which only I have access.
Your rights
You have the right to see, correct or delete your data. You can also withdraw your consent, object to its use or ask for your data to be transferred. To do any of this, email info(at)springpilates.nl.
A complaint
If you think something is wrong with how your data is handled, please email me. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
